Terms and conditions of membership I. General As a Health Super Student Club member you will automatically receive membership to the Health Super Student Club and accordingly you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this website. By becoming a member of the Health Super Student Club you acknowledge that the Terms and Conditions may be modified or terminated at any time. Any changes will appear on the website at www.healthsuperclub.com. Health Super may at anytime, without prior notice, suspend or terminate the Health Super Student Club, in which case, all membership will be terminated or suspended as the case may be. It is your responsibility to refer to the Terms and Conditions prior to joining the Student Club and assessing the Club Membership benefits. We will endeavour to email updated terms to you as and when they are updated. Unless you notify us to the contrary, you will be deemed to have accepted any change to these Terms and Conditions if you continue to access the Student Club Member website after that change has been posted. The Health Super Student Club is a club formed by Health Super Pty Ltd, the Trustee of the Health Super Fund. By joining the Health Super Student Club you do not become a member of the Health Super Fund and do not hold any superannuation interest or any other right in relation to the Health Super Fund. Further information on the Health Super Fund is available on www.healthsuper.com.au. The Health Super Student Club Member Privileges Program is a member reward program offered by the Health Super Student Club that provides opportunities to members of the program with savings and benefits offered by participating Club Privileges Partners. Health Super may at any time without prior notice suspend or terminate the Student Club Privileges Partners. Any product or service offered through the Student Club Member Privileges Program is provided by the relevant Student Club Member Privileges provider and not by Health Super. The information in this website is not intended to be comprehensive and is not intended to be advice provided by the Student Club. If you require information regarding products in the Health Super Fund you should obtain a current Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and consider the PDS before making any decisions about whether to acquire or hold a financial product in the Fund. To obtain a PDS please contact the Health Super Superline on Freecall 1800 331 719 or download the current PDS from www.healthsuper.com.au. II. Membership Application When you apply for membership, you must provide us with accurate and complete information (including but not limited to name and postal address) and advise us of any changes by contacting us. Health Super will use this information to activate your Club Membership and issue you with a Club Member Card and mail it to you. Each application must be for single Club Membership only. Your membership of the Student Club and the right to use the website and any benefits of the Student Club are personal to you and you must not authorise others to use the website or use your membership. It is a condition of membership of the Student Club that you ensure that your membership details are kept up to date. Health Super may refuse any application for Student Club membership. III. Fees & Eligibility If you are currently studying in the Health and Community Services Sector, you are able to join the Health Super Student Club and have access to the Student Club Privileges Program. There is no charge for Club Membership to individual club members. Club Membership is valid as long as you remain a student within the Health and Community Services Sector. IV. Card Use Your Club Member Card is your key to accessing the benefits of the Health Super Student Club. Benefits and services are listed on the website which can be viewed at www.healthsuperclub.com. The Club Member Card is non transferable and may only be used by the person whose name is printed on the card. If you believe someone has used your Club Member Card without your authorisation, please contact Health Super. For details on how we share information with our Student Club Privileges Partners, please refer to our Privacy Policy. V. Expiration and Cancellation Your membership will expire on the date you finish your tertiary education course as indicated on your completed application form when you join. Health Super Pty Ltd also reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership of the Student Club and your ability to access the website for any reason, without notice and without liability. VI. Lost Cards If your card is lost or stolen, additional cards will be issued. You are responsible for reporting lost cards by sending an email to healthsuperclub@healthsuper.com.au VII. E-mail Policy and Communication Preferences Cardholders may receive Student Club e-mails which provide updates on special offers, site upgrades, new features, events, and promotions, variations of these terms or our policies and more. We may also use contact information from the application form to verify your status with your education institute. You have the option to e-mail us to opt out from receiving these e-mails using the link at the bottom of any promotional e-mail you may receive. VIII: Changes to Offers/Student Club Privileges Partners Offers made available through the Student Club may change from time to time. Health Super reserves the right in its sole discretion to change the offers and/or participating Student Club Privileges Partners at any time. In addition, Partners may elect to change offers from time to time. Health Super will make commercially reasonable efforts to make appropriate updates to the website to reflect offer and/or Partner changes. For a listing of current offers, Club Members should visit the website at www.healthsuperclub.com. Health Super undertakes no obligation to provide a replacement or substitute offer for any offer that is discontinued. Where the website contains links to other websites, we are not responsible for any content or information and make no endorsement of the suitability of the products offered by the Club Privileges Partners and the accuracy of the information or content. IX: Personal Information & Privacy You agree to: (1) provide certain current, complete, and accurate information; and (2) maintain and update this information as required to keep it current, complete and accurate. All information requested on original sign up shall be referred to as Registration Data. You grant Health Super the right to disclose to third parties certain Registration Data about you. Such disclosures will exclude any personal information about you unless: (1) You expressly direct Health Super; or (2) Health Super is required to disclose such information by law. Password Once you join the Student Club as a Club Member, you shall receive a password and UserName. You are entirely responsible if you do not maintain the confidentiality of your password and account information. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed according to the laws of the state of Victoria. |
