Do not eat anything for two to three hours
Before bedtime. Your body does not make enough burns when you sleep, this involves feeding the food to the various fat tissues and to the stomach. Because of the inertia of the evening, it is possible to store the calories you consumed late in the evening as fat.
So try not to eat anything at least two to three hours before going to sleep!
There is no real secret when it comes to the flat belly – you just have to eat healthier foods such as fruits, vegetables and whole grains, and reduce snack foods such as candies, chips and fast food. Just by making this simple switch, you will see a big difference in your stomach. Here are some changes to simple tips you can do:
Eat lean protein. Beans, walnuts, lean meat. It’s good enough for you as long as you do not eat fat!
They eat whole grains. Look for the labels that say “100% whole grain” and not just “wheat flour. Whole grains keep you healthy for longer, and this can help with weight loss and have a flat belly.
Also choose low-fat dairy products.
Eat healthy fats. Not all fats are bad to know! The fats found in avocado, nuts and fish oils are really good for you and can help you lose weight. Just stay away from the trans fats mainly found in processed foods.
Reduce your sodium intake. Sodium causes your body to retain, which makes the body seem particularly swollen around the abdomen. Whenever possible, try replacing foods that are high in sodium with healthy choices. Turn on regular table salt or salt water, which is lower in sodium, and stay away from soy sauce as it is full of it.
Reduce the size of your serving
Many people do not eat the wrong food items, just eat too much of the right foods. You should eat just until you feel full. It is good to eat regular, healthy small snacks throughout the day; this will not give you the feeling of hunger
A good trick is to use smaller dishes when you eat. This way, your portion will look bigger, but you will eat less than you would normally do. Also, try to fill at least half of the dish with vegetables.
Try chewing slowly and carefully when you eat. Chewing your food well helps speed up the process of digestion in the stomach, feeling your belly less inflated.
Take short breaks between each bite of food when you eat. The extra time that will give your stomach the chance to realize it is complete, so it prevents you from over-eating.
Eat foods with a low glycemic index
These foods take longer to digest . They therefore slow down digestion, thus creating a feeling of swelling. Some of the best low GI foods are
Cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, celery, cucumbers, pumpkins, lettuce, onions, pears, tomatoes, cardamom, broccoli, bananas, apples and berries.
Eat less sugar
Besides being full of calories, it has no nutrients. Reducing sugar will help you lower your insulin levels .
Lower levels of insulin are equivalent to higher production of a hormone known as glucagon in your system.
Glucagon is a substance that allows glucose to burn like energy, thus contributing to an incredibly flat belly!
Eat a snack rich in protein between 3 and 4 in the afternoon
According to experts, eating a protein-rich snack at the magical time between three and four in the evening will help your digestion and parity your glucose.
A protein bar, a handful of almonds or pumpkin seeds, or a piece of low fat cheese is all good choices.
Having low blood sugar reduces and the amount of insulin in your body, that’s good because insulin can cause fat storage around your waist.
Eat small and frequent meals
Replace your usual system of eating three large meals a day by eating smaller and more regular meals. Many people make the mistake of not eating anything between breakfast, lunch and evening, especially when trying to lose weight.
However, this type of diet will negatively affect blood sugar levels and will make you eat more because of hunger, which makes weight loss more difficult.
Having a small, healthy snack every three to four hours and not letting you be hungry is a much healthier and more effective system.
Drink plenty of water
You should replace all the fluids of your day with water, especially beverages that are full of calories that cause your stomach to swell.
Drinking plenty of water will help to get toxins out of your system and keep your gut moving, which is necessary for a flat stomach.
Pay attention to the signs of your body. Your urine should be a pale yellow or transparent color. The dark yellow with intense odor could be a sign that you are dehydrated.
Alcohol, especially wine and beer, is full of calories (scary fact: a bottle of wine contains about 600 calories).
Drinking alcohol also releases estrogen in the body, which is undesirable, as excess estrogen forces the body to maintain its weight.
In addition, alcohol stimulates appetite and provokes the power of willpower, making you want all the things you have deprived of yourself, such as hamburgers, potatoes, pizza, chocolate and potato chips.
