So drink a lot of water so your skin stays soft and moisturizes well throughout the summer.
Remember sun protection when in the sun
If possible, stay out of the sun’s rays during the period 11.00-15.00. This is where the sun’s rays are strongest. Staying in the sun during this time can have a negative effect on your skin.
Use a good skintonic
As part of skin care for the summer, it is important to keep your pores closed and the skin cool with a good skintonic. Look for a mark that suits you.
You can also try rose water, which can also act as a skintonic. Rose water has natural cooling properties and is an excellent skintonic for the warm season of summer.
Look for a water-based moisturizer
One of the biggest mistakes you can make in your skin care this summer is to skip the moisturizing skin care. It is essential for your skin to remain hydrated throughout the summer.

Eat healthy, exercise and get enough sleep
